Micro-ATX motherboard: no soldered RAM or CPU, no onboard 2.5"/3.5" bays (case-dependent). CPU socket AM4 is fully user-replaceable. Non-WiFi 'MORTAR' variant omits the Intel AX200/AX210 Key-E module and antenna.

DDR4 only (no DDR5). 4400 MT/s is A-XMP OC; with 2 DIMMs/channel or dual-rank modules top speed drops to 3466-3733 MT/s. ECC UDIMMs physically fit but run in non-ECC mode. Install in pairs for dual-channel; use matched kits.

M2_1 (CPU-direct) takes NVMe or SATA and runs PCIe 4.0 only with Ryzen 3000/5000, else Gen 3. M2_2 (chipset) is NVMe-only, PCIe 3.0 x4. Installing a drive in M2_2 disables PCI_E4 (bottom x16@x4 slot). The Key-E 2230 slot holds the Wi-Fi module, not storage. Drive bays are case-dependent.

Older stock may need a BIOS update for Ryzen 5000. MSI gives no numeric TDP cap; 105 W class (Ryzen 9) is supported per 'Max CPU Support: RYZEN 9' and the 8-pin EPS connector.
