Lenovo ThinkStation P350 Tiny upgrades

No soldered memory; both SO-DIMM slots are user-accessible. CPU is socketed (LGA1200), so CPU choice determines both RAM speed (2666 vs 3200 MT/s) and M.2 PCIe generation (Gen 3 vs Gen 4). PCIe expansion (x16 physical/x8 link or x4, low profile) requires Lenovo's proprietary riser card; full-size GPUs don't fit. Product is withdrawn/discontinued — riser cards and M.2 screws may be scarce. Verify machine type (Lenovo 30G6/30G8 vs Kingston 30EF/EG/EJ) before ordering parts.

DDR4 non-ECC unbuffered SO-DIMM 1.2V only (desktop DIMMs, ECC and RDIMMs won't work). Install in matched pairs for dual-channel. Actual speed follows the CPU: 10th-gen i3 models cap at DDR4-2666, only 11th-gen parts reach 3200 MT/s. 64 GB is Lenovo's tested ceiling; larger may work.

Slot 1 is 2280-only; slot 2 accepts 2280 or 2242 (correct mount point needed for shorter drives). PCIe Gen 4 with 11th-gen CPUs, Gen 3 with 10th-gen (Gen 4 drives run at Gen 3 speed there). SATA M.2 not documented; PSREF lists no 2.5"/3.5" bays despite an HDD SATA connector in the HMM. 2 TB/drive is a tested limit, not a hard limit.
