Max 48GB per UDIMM, 64GB per CUDIMM (needs newer BIOS). 5600 MT/s with 1-2 modules; 4 modules run at 4400-4800 MT/s. Install in pairs; 3 DIMMs and mixed capacities/ranks unsupported. ECC UDIMMs (up to 48GB) need an ECC-capable CPU; no mixing ECC and non-ECC. CUDIMMs are non-ECC.
