Dell Precision 330 upgrades

Early-2000s Pentium 4 workstation using RDRAM RIMMs, up to 2 GB in four sockets. The sources do not document drive bays or interfaces, so storage slots are omitted. Check the user's guide before buying drives.

Takes Rambus RIMMs (PC600/PC800), not DDR DIMMs. The schema has no RDRAM or RIMM option, so 'dimm' is the closest form factor. Max module is 512 MB (16 devices), 64 devices total. Install identical pairs (1+2, 3+4) and fill empty sockets with CRIMMs. Mixing ECC and non-ECC disables ECC. Capacity per module is not given in GB because the 512 MB maximum is below 1 GB.
