Dell OptiPlex 3060 Small Form Factor upgrades

RAM, M.2 storage, the drive bay and the CPU are user-replaceable. An optional SD card reader may be fitted, and the PCIe x16 and x1 slots are half-height only. One service manual page says the memory is embedded, but this looks like boilerplate; other Dell sources show two UDIMM slots.

The only M.2 slot meant for storage; the second M.2 2230 slot is for Wi-Fi. Dell documents NVMe as PCIe 2.0 x4, so Gen3 drive speed is unconfirmed.
