Dell Latitude 5520 (Intel 11th Gen) upgrades
Released 2021 · on sale
The CPU is a soldered BGA mobile chip (from general knowledge, not the sources), so there is no CPU slot. The Wi-Fi (M.2 2230) and WWAN (M.2 3042) slots are not storage slots. A Dell KB mentions a SATA 2.5" bay needing a cable and bracket, but the current spec sheet lists none, so verify with the service manual.

- SO-DIMM memory slot: 2 × DDR4 SO-DIMM · up to 64 GB total · 3200 MT/s
- M.2 SSD slot (2230/2280): 2 × SSD M.2 2230 / M.2 2280 (NVMe) · up to 2 TB
SO-DIMM memory slot 2 × DDR4 SO-DIMM · up to 64 GB total · 3200 MT/s
Dual-channel DDR4; use a matched pair. DDR4-3200 only with 11th Gen CPUs; 10th Gen CPUs run at 2667 MT/s. Non-ECC, unbuffered is assumed, as the sources do not state it.
