Rated speeds are overclocked QVL peaks and differ by source/BIOS (4400–5100 MHz); with 4 DIMMs expect ~3200–3600 MHz. Install in pairs and avoid mixing kits/speeds. ECC only in unbuffered ECC mode and only with CPUs whose memory controller supports it (varies by model), so non-ECC is always safe. Registered (RDIMM) memory is not supported.

Both M.2 slots accept 2242/2260/2280/22110 NVMe or SATA drives; M.2_1 is CPU-attached and runs PCIe 4.0 only with 3000/5000-series desktop CPUs (drops to 3.0 with APUs), M.2_2 is chipset PCIe 3.0. Populating M.2_2 disables SATA ports 5 and 6, leaving 4 SATA ports. RAID 0/1/10 over SATA. No board-mounted drive bays: use your chassis caddies.
